Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise manufacturing processes to deliver safe, efficient, and repeatable production workflows.
• Review processes to improve quality, reduce costs, and boost efficiency, considering workflow, space, and equipment layout.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineers to ensure product and process standards are met.
• Provide clear production insights to support decision-making, including labour, machine utilisation, and bottleneck analysis.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
