Job summary

Organon is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Intern for a 12-month placement at our world class manufacturing site in Cramlington, Northumberland. You will support Production Coaches and the IPT Production Lead, gaining hands-on experience in problem-solving, process improvement and compliance with cGMP in a regulated manufacturing environment.

As a STEM student, you will contribute to safety, quality and efficiency initiatives while developing core skills in communication and collaboration,

Qualifications

• Studying BSc (Hons) degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline.
• 3rd or penultimate year placement, 12 months, returning to course.
• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support to Production Coaches and IPT Lead.
• Deliver technical expertise across IPT processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Drive improvement projects and support compliance with cGMP.
• Assist with investigations into safety incidents and atypical events.
• Contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives across Safety, Quality, Supply and Cost.
