Job summary

Organon is offering an 12-month engineering student placement at our world class manufacturing site in Cramlington, Northumberland. You will join the Packaging Integrated Process Team (IPT) and support day-to-day engineering and packaging projects while developing technical knowledge.

We seek an Engineering student in a related degree who is in the third or penultimate year, with proficiency in MS Office and strong communication and teamwork skills. The role is on site and starts by August 2026.

Qualifications

• Engineering student in a related field awaiting hands-on experience.
• A 12‑month placement in your third or penultimate year of study.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong written/verbal communication.
• Collaborative team player with good problem-solving, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day business support and assist with engineering and packaging projects.
• Develop technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Contribute to improvement initiatives, problem-solving and investigations into incidents or complaints.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, policies and SOPs in day-to-day activities.
