Job summary

Axalta is hiring a Manufacturing Operator on a rotation shift at our UK facility. You will operate mixing equipment, maintain clean production areas and participate in daily briefings and continuous improvement activities.

The role requires numeracy, good communication and a forklift license, with experience in manufacturing or similar processes. You will rotate across tasks to meet targets while following safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• GCSE/NVQ level 2 (or equivalent) or 3 years’ experience in manufacturing operations.
• Maths and English qualifications preferred; able to read numbers and batch cards.
• Certified forklift truck license required.
• Experience in manufacturing or process industry is desirable.
• Good verbal communication and teamwork to hit targets.
