Job summary

MTrec Ltd. is recruiting for a prestigious engineering client in the Cramlington area to join a modern manufacturing operation. The role focuses on assembly, goods handling, and order dispatch within a busy warehouse environment.

You will operate hand scanners, pick orders, label for dispatch, and maintain safe working areas. Several shifts are available with day, back, and night options, offering permanent contracts for the right person.

Qualifications

• Preferably candidates with production experience.
• Good attitude and team player.
• Healthy fitness level and ability to handle manual tasks.
• Experience using digital hand scanners to locate orders.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products by hand.
• Operate hand scanners to locate and locate goods in the warehouse.
• Stack customer orders onto dispatch wagons.
• Load packaging to and from shelves around the warehouse.
• Order picking and labelling for dispatch.
• Keep warehouse floor clean and safe and comply with PPE rules.

The Hours You’ll Work;

2 Shift

• Monday – Friday – 6am-2pm

• Monday – Thursday – 2pm-12am

3 Shift

• Monday – Friday – 6am-2pm

• Monday – Friday – 2pm-10pm

• Sunday - Friday - 10pm - 6am

The Pay You’ll Receive;

• £14.62 per hour - (day shift)

• £14.62 per hour - (back shift)

• £16.52 per hour - (night shift)

The Job You’ll Do;

• Assembling the products together by hand

• Operating hand scanners to locate and find goods throughout the warehouse

• Manually stacking customer orders onto dispatch wagons

• Loading packaging to and from shelves around the warehouse

• Order picking customer orders and labelling them, preparing for dispatch

• Cleaning warehouse floor and always ensuring the work area remains clean and safe

• Strict Adherence to health and safety regulations, always wearing the correct PPE.

About You;

• Preferably candidates who have previous production experience

• Good attitude, team player with a good level of fitness

• Experience using digital hand scanners to locate orders

• Basic understanding of computing
