Job summary

MTrec Ltd in the Cramlington area is recruiting for production roles within a modern, high-value engineering facility. You will join a team delivering hand-assembled products and use handheld scanners to locate items across the warehouse, ensuring accurate order picking and safe dispatch.

The role requires a good level of fitness, a positive team attitude, and basic computing skills. Shifts and permanent-contract opportunities are available in a structured production environment.

Qualifications

• Preferably candidates with production experience.
• Good attitude and fitness; team player.
• Experience using digital hand scanners to locate orders.
• Basic computing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assembling the products together by hand
• Operating hand scanners to locate and find goods throughout the warehouse
• Manually stacking customer orders onto dispatch wagons
• Loading packaging to and from shelves around the warehouse
• Order picking customer orders and labelling them, preparing for dispatch
• Cleaning warehouse floor and always ensuring the work area remains clean and safe
• Strict Adherence to health and safety regulations, always wearing the correct PPE.

The Hours You’ll Work;

2 Shift

• Monday – Friday – 6am-2pm

• Monday – Thursday – 2pm-12am

3 Shift

• Monday – Friday – 6am-2pm

• Monday – Friday – 2pm-10pm

• Sunday - Friday - 10pm - 6am

The Pay You’ll Receive;

• £14.62 per hour - (day shift)

• £14.62 per hour - (back shift)

• £16.52 per hour - (night shift)
