ACS Staffing Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Operative for night shift on behalf of a global client in Northampton (Brackmills Industrial Estate). The role is 36 hours per week, night shift 18:00-06:30, Monday to Wednesday, with overtime opportunities.

Responsibilities include cable assembly, cutting/crimping, labeling, quality checks, and packing. Candidates should have prior manufacturing experience, good English, and be able to stand for long periods.

Manufacturing Operative - Night Shift

Location: Brackmills Industrial Estate, Northampton

Work Schedule: 36 hours per week, Monday-Wednesday

Hours: Night shift, 18:00-06:30

Hourly Rate: £16.15 per hour

Our well-established global client is looking to expand their manufacturing team and is seeking committed and reliable individuals to join them on the night shift.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in cable assembly or a manufacturing environment. Candidates should be comfortable following established processes, working accurately and maintaining high standards within a fast-paced, high-performing team.

Good communication skills and a reasonable level of spoken English are essential, as teamwork and clear communication are key to the role.

Please note that this is a standing role, and candidates must be comfortable standing throughout the shift. The job involves rotating between different tasks during the shift, with no sitting work.

Candidates who demonstrate the right attitude, skills and commitment may have the opportunity to secure a permanent, full-time position directly with the company. However, this is not guaranteed.
