Job summary

Select Recruitment is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operative to join a busy Norwich manufacturing site. This night-shift role runs Monday to Thursday from 17:00 to 04:00, with an initial rate starting at £12.81 per hour and increases after successful training and probation.

You will join a supportive production team focused on accuracy, quality and timely targets. Full training is provided on company processes, with ongoing support from the Select Recruitment team throughout your

• Follow all Health & Safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production requirements

About the Role

Select Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Manufacturing Operative to join a busy and well-established manufacturing environment in Norwich.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who already has previous manufacturing experience and is comfortable working to production targets, maintaining quality standards and following detailed processes.

You’ll be joining a supportive production team where accuracy, reliability and a strong work ethic are important.
