Manufacturing Operative - AM

Pay: £12.82+

This is a full-time, site-based role in Aylesbury, Monday to Friday, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

A Day in the Life of a Manufacturing Operative:

• Ensuring every product meets our rigorous quality standards and specifications.

• Operating different machines and production stations with precision.

• Maintaining impeccable cleanliness and GMP standards across the facility.

• Diligently performing checks on all aspects of the product, from weight to packaging.

The right candidate will:

• Possess solid English and Maths skills and be a strong communicator.

• Have solid experience in a production/manufacturing environment.

• Be comfortable operating machinery.

• Have a sharp eye for detail and a dedication to quality.

• Be organised, proactive, and can manage your time effectively, whether working solo or with the team.

• Have the ability to handle pressure well and consistently meet deadlines.

• Promote a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
