Job Title: Factory Operative

Location:

Headcorn

Contract:

Temporary contract for 3-6 months, with the potential for extension or to go permanent

Salary:

GBP 12.45 per hour

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 11:30 am - 8:00 pm

Duties:

• Operate machinery in the production area, fill and pack produce, and keep areas clean and tidy
• Follow Food Safety, Hygiene, and COSHH regulations to ensure safe production

Candidate Requirements:

• Comfortable working in manual roles, including lifting between 10-25kg
• Previous food manufacturing experience is preferred but not essential
