Job summary

The Recruitment Group is recruiting a Temporary All-Round Manufacturing Operative for a well-established, family-run business in Loughborough. The role involves mechanical assembly, cutting and punching copper components, and maintaining high health and safety standards.

You will work 7:00am–4:00pm Monday to Thursday and 7:00am–1:30pm on Fridays, with overtime including Saturday mornings. The position offers £13.00 per hour and a possibility of extension beyond September.

Qualifications

• Interest in mechanical assembly and manufacturing.
• Confidence using a circular saw.
• Ability to measure and cut materials with precision.
• Experience using hand tools and assembly techniques.
• Strong commitment to health and safety.
• Flexibility to work overtime during the week and most Saturday mornings when required.

Contract: Temporary (until early September, with the possibility of an extension)

The Recruitment Group is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Temporary All-Round Manufacturing Operative to join a well-established, family-run manufacturing business based in Loughborough.
