The Best Connection Group Ltd is recruiting for Manufacturing Operatives at their Tallington site near Stamford. Join a busy production team and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing and high quality standards.

You will operate machinery, assemble and perform production tasks, handle picking/packing, and support different production departments. Reliable attendance and willingness to learn are important.

Our client, a well-established manufacturing business based near Stamford at their Tallington site, is currently looking to recruit Manufacturing Operatives to join their growing production team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with manufacturing or warehouse experience who are looking for stable, long-term employment within a busy and supportive environment.

The Role

You will play a key role in ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Operating machinery and equipment safely in line with company procedures
• Assembly work and general production duties
• Picking and packing small parts accurately from bills of materials and instructions
• Supporting different production departments as required
• Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process
• Working to production deadlines and targets
• Working both independently and as part of a wider production team

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience

Rotating weekly shifts:

• Week 1: 6:00am - 2:00pm
• Week 2: 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Pay : £14.21 per hour
