Job summary

Recruitment Pro are recruiting for a Manufacturing Operative on behalf of a well‑established manufacturing business based in Harworth, Doncaster. The role is full‑time and involves moving products around the warehouse, using power tools and operating workshop machinery.

The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing or assembly, be able to perform heavy lifting, and hold a valid UK driving licence or have local access to transport.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or assembly environment.
• Able to carry out manual work, including heavy lifting.
• Works well within a team and follows instructions accurately.
• Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle or lives locally.

Responsibilities

• Moving product around the warehouse.
• Using hand and power tools.
• Operating machinery used in the manufacturing process.
• Labelling, packing, and preparing completed units for dispatch.
• Ensuring safe handling and movement of stock, including heavy lifting.
• General labouring.
• Following Health and Safety procedures and site regulations.
• Supporting general warehouse and production tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities

• moving product around the warehouse
• Using hand and power tools
• Operating machinery used in the manufacturing process
• Labelling, packing, and preparing completed units for dispatch
• Ensuring safe handling and movement of stock, including heavy lifting
• General labouring
• Following Health and Safety procedures and site regulations
• Supporting general warehouse and production tasks as required

Ideal Candidate

• Fit and Well
• Confident using handheld power tools and workshop machinery
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, Production, or assembly environment.
• Able to carry out manual work, including heavy lifting
• Works well within a team and follows instructions accurately
• Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle or lives locally

Hours and Pay

• Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm
• £12.71 per hour
• Temporary to permanent
