Qualifications

• Previous Production or Manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience coaching and leading team managers and team leaders in a production environment.
• Experience managing Budgets, Strategies and Team Building.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the Manufacturing, Production and Management teams, whilst improving operational efficiency and processes across the board.
• Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to improve operational efficiency across the Engineering functions.
• Full industry training and scope for career progression.
