Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer in manufacturing.
• Apprenticeship completed in Maintenance Engineering or equivalent.
• NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Identify failure modes of plant equipment and return to operation safely.
• Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns.
• Liaise with day shift engineers to resolve long-term issues.
• Locate spare parts using the maintenance management system and manage stores.
• Identify failure modes of electrical equipment and propose preventive actions.
• Record work and feedback via the CMMS and notifications.
• Carry out preventive maintenance routines.
• Collaborate with colleagues to complete planned maintenance on schedule.
