Are you ready to lead in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment? We are looking for an Operations / Manufacturing Manager to drive performance, quality, and innovation. You will be responsible for delivering production plans safely, efficiently, and profitably, while maintaining the highest food safety and quality standards. Reporting to the Site or Operations Director, you will shape strategy, inspire teams, and impact our success.

• Own site-wide performance across safety, quality, production, and people
• Lead with integrity, supporting cross-functional teams and fostering a people-first culture
• Champion health & safety and food safety compliance, embedding best practices
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence projects
• Coach and develop teams, building succession and engagement
• Act as Site Director deputy, leading during audits and stakeholder visits

The Ideal Candidate

• Leadership experience in food manufacturing or FMCG operations
• Knowledge of HACCP, H&S legislation, SOPs, and Lean/CI methodology
