Job Description:

Under the leadership of the Solutions Director, the Manufacturing Solutions Consultant is responsible for managing all activities related to pre-sales and resource planning. This is a full-time, exempt, remote role requiring travel within the EU/UK, especially during peak sales periods (up to 75% travel).

This position is fully remote and based in the UK.

Responsibilities:

• Influence prospective customers through onsite support and remote executive overviews
• Lead onsite and remote opportunity assessments for prospective customers
• Mentor and develop account executives
• Create technical scope activities
• Generate analyses such as ROIs, cash flows, and breakeven analyses
• Coordinate RFP/RFQ processes

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

• Ability to influence executives and business owners
• Build relationships and gain trusted advisor status quickly
• High business acumen (operations, CAPEX, budgeting, P&L)
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies (TPM/IWS/WCM)
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Sound judgment and assessment skills
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Manage multiple deadlines effectively
