Job summary

React Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Manufacturing and Maintenance Engineer for a permanent role near Dartford. You will support day-to-day plant operations, program machines, validate programs, and drive continuous improvements to boost efficiency while maintaining quality.

The position is on-site with standard manufacturing hours. The ideal candidate has lean manufacturing knowledge, experience with ERP/MRP systems, and hands-on maintenance and programming skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environments; electronic assembly desirable.
• Proficient in programming machines and using ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong fault diagnosis and root-cause analysis skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day plant operations and production support.
• Program machines and validate machine programs.
• Ensure production is fully supported and maintains quality.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase manufacturing efficiencies.
