Job summary

API Microelectronics Ltd. is seeking a detail-driven Manufacturing Logistics Operator to coordinate materials flow, production readiness, and finished goods dispatch.

You will bridge suppliers, the shop floor, and customers to ensure timely deliveries and compliance. In this hands-on role, you’ll verify POs and CoCs, perform kitting, manage WIP to Finished Goods transitions, and keep ERP records accurate while applying 5S and JIT principles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a manufacturing or engineering warehouse environment.
• Forklift Truck (FLT) Counterbalance or Reach license desirable.
• Level 2 or 3 NVQ in Supply Chain or Warehouse & Storage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive raw materials, chemicals, or sub-assemblies; verify against Purchase Orders and CoCs.
• Perform initial visual inspections for transit damage and escalate quality issues.
• Kit components and deliver just-in-time to production cells.
• Oversee packing of finished goods, ensuring proper crating or anti-static packaging when needed.
• Prepare technical shipping documents for domestic and international freight (HS Codes, Certificates of Origin).
• Update ERP to reflect WIP-to-Finished Goods transition.
• Read basic technical drawings or pick-sheets to identify components.

Acting as the link between suppliers, the shop floor, and our customers, you’ll ensure the right components arrive at the right time to production lines and finished goods are dispatched safely and compliantly. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and being at the heart of operational flow.Role PurposeTo synchronise the arrival of raw materials and components with the production schedule, while managing the efficient dispatch of finished goods.
