Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation and international shipping.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with purchase orders and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day logistics to support manufacturing.
• Prepare and manage export documentation.
• Communicate with customers to provide updates.
• Manage purchase orders and vendor communication.
• Lead daily team meetings to prioritise tasks.
• Create and manage order documentation including invoices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise logistics.
• Analyse logistics data to identify improvements.
• Stay updated on export laws and regulations.
