Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG is establishing a new manufacturing facility in Bicester, UK. We seek a Manufacturing Manager to lead a 60–100 person site and bring the new site into operational readiness with safety, quality, and world-class delivery from day one.

You will translate business strategy into actionable plans, build high-performing teams, drive continuous improvement, and partner with cross-functional leaders to launch new products and scale operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading manufacturing teams in complex regulated environments.
• Track record of building inclusive, high-engagement cultures.
• Experience supporting site startups, expansions, or major operational change is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large manufacturing team to deliver safety, efficiency and quality.
• Oversee start-up and ramp-up of the Bicester facility with scalable processes.
• Translate strategy into operational plans and KPIs.
• Foster continuous improvement and structured problem solving.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental standards across production.
• Manage production schedules, resources and capacity to meet demand.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on new product introductions.
• Develop people through coaching and performance management.
