Chippindale Foods, part of Myton Food Group, invites you to join a 12‑month industry placement at our Knaresborough site. You will explore the full supply chain from farm to fork, gain hands-on experience in egg processing, and engage with sustainability initiatives while supporting events for our producer base.

The role suits someone in the penultimate year of their degree, with strong communication skills and a full UK driving license.

Responsabilidades

• Understand the Farm to Fork journey of our supply chain and egg processing facilities, from farming to site operations.
• Understand all aspects of bird welfare, production and performance.
• Undertake project work on live projects including sustainability, bird health and welfare, nutrition and production.
• Assist the delivery of sustainability initiatives.
• Support with organising and attending events to share knowledge and experience.

Chippindale Foods, part of Myton Food Group, is an innovative food company and leading supplier of free range shell and liquid eggs to the market. We work closely with over 65 producers to grade and pack over 650 million eggs per year at our state of the art grading facility in Knaresborough, Yorkshire.

This placement will offer an interesting and varied learning experience and a fantastic opportunity for an individual to gain practical first hand experience of our vertically integrated and direct to source supply chain, together with developing an understanding of the work that goes into providing high quality products to our growing customer base.

Job Overview and Opportunities

• Enjoy working within a team but also able to motivate yourself
• Full UK driving license
