Job summary

Executive Network Group is seeking a Senior HR Manager for a major manufacturing site in Hereford. This hands-on, visible leadership role will drive the people agenda for a 400+ workforce, reporting to the General Manager and sitting on the Senior Leadership Team.

You will lead a small HR team, partner with operations, manage employee relations, and drive continuous improvement in HR delivery and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• This role requires significant HR leadership in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Experience leading a small HR team and advising senior leaders.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site's HR function and act as adviser to senior operational leaders.
• Direct day-to-day HR delivery including employee lifecycle and IR matters.
• Develop and support talent management, succession planning and development.
• Monitor HR metrics such as absence and turnover and drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR policies.
