Regional Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Manager for a site-based role in West Wales. You will lead a large HR team and oversee both operational and strategic HR across ~750 employees, shaping the HR strategy and driving engagement.

The position is permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week with enhanced holidays and pension benefits. You will require extensive HR management experience in manufacturing, strong knowledge of UK employment law, and proven ability to manage complex

Qualifications

• Extensive recent experience in a similar HR Manager role.
• Experience working within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience leading and developing HR team members.
• Experience working within a unionised environment.
• Strong knowledge of current UK employment legislation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of both operational and strategic HR across the site.
• Drive and implement the agreed HR strategy in line with wider business objectives.
• Develop initiatives focused on recruitment, retention and employee engagement.
• Coach, support and advise the Senior Management Team on all HR and people-related matters.
• Provide guidance on employment, benefits and welfare matters.
• Ensure learning and development needs are identified and delivered.
• Lead and support the HR team with day-to-day activity and projects.
• Monitor HR metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
