Qualifications

• CIPD or proven HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in employee relations, performance, and engagement.
• Excellent relationship-building skills across all levels of the business.
• Knowledge of employment law, recruitment and ER; able to handle complex HR issues.
• Proactive, solution-focused approach to HR improvements and business success.

Responsibilities

• Provide an effective HR service, ensuring legal compliance, policy adherence and accurate HR administration across a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Build relationships across production and support functions, supporting employee relations, recruitment, absence management, performance management, and people development activities.
• Oversee HR systems, people metrics, engagement initiatives and workforce reporting, using data to drive continuous improvement and support operational performance.
• Lead and develop a small HR team, championing a positive culture and delivering people-focused initiatives that make Cranswick Prepared Poultry a great place to work.

Education

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
