Job summary

Edwards & Pearce Limited in Nottingham is seeking a fully qualified Financial Accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) with a broad base of skills. You will prepare management accounts and month-end reporting, perform variance analysis, and manage the fixed asset register and treasury/cash flow management.

You will also handle VAT returns and other statutory duties, liaise with external auditors, and contribute to a collaborative, high-accuracy finance team.

Qualifications

• Qualified CIMA/ACA/ACCA with strong communication and business partnering skills.
• Experience in manufacturing or a similar sector is preferred.
• Able to meet deadlines and liaise across the business.

Responsibilities

• Prepare management accounts and month-end reporting.
• Conduct variance analysis and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage fixed asset register and treasury/cash flow.
• Prepare quarterly VAT returns and liaise with external auditors.
