Job summary

Edwards & Pearce in North East Lincolnshire is seeking a fully qualified CIMA/ACA/ACCA accountant with a broad skill base to join a versatile finance team.

You will prepare management accounts, close monthly reporting, perform balance sheet reconciliations and manage the fixed asset register, while overseeing treasury, VAT returns and liaising with external auditors. This role rewards accuracy, deadlines and cross‑business collaboration within a supportive team environment.

This Financial Accountant role requires versatility and a broad base skills set.

Financial accounting forms only part of this job brief which will suit a versatile, qualified CIMA/ACA/ACCA accountant with a previous background in the manufacturing sector.

You will prepare management accounts and month end reporting, variance analysis projects, perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and manage the fixed asset register, take responsibility for treasury and cash flow management, prepare quarterly VAT returns and other statutory requirements. Liaising with the external auditors will also form an important part of this role.

You are a fully qualified CIMA/ACA/ACCA versatile accountant with a broad based skill set, exceptional communication skills and have previous experience of manufacturing sector. Technically adept and systems literate, you are looking for a challenging role where your accuracy and attention to detail will be allowed to shine.
