Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited is seeking a qualified Financial Accountant to join its established finance team. You will own key financial reporting, prepare statutory statements, support month-end and year-end close, and partner with senior stakeholders to strengthen controls in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This role requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA, solid multi-entity and intercompany experience, strong Excel and ERP skills, and a proactive, hands-on approach to add value from day one.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Proven experience in financial accounting and statutory reporting.
• Strong balance sheet reconciliation and financial control experience.
• Knowledge of intercompany accounting and working within a multi-entity environment.
• Exposure to tax compliance and regulatory reporting.
• Experience of ERP systems and strong Excel skills.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare statutory financial statements and supporting disclosures.
• Support month-end, year-end and external audit activities.
• Maintain and review balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring robust financial controls are in place.
• Manage intercompany accounting and reconciliations across multiple entities.
• Support corporation tax compliance, tax reporting and regulatory submissions.
• Liaise with external advisers and auditors as required.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, controls and reporting.
• Document key finance procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders across finance and the wider business to provide accounting support and insight.
