B. Braun Medical Ltd. is seeking a Finance Business Partner to drive performance in our manufacturing and operations teams in Sheffield. The role combines financial insight, planning, and strategic challenge to improve profitability and drive informed decisions.

You will influence senior stakeholders, lead budgeting and forecasting, and coach junior staff while operating in a hybrid setup with site office and home working.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified professional with CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent.
• Experience as Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant or similar.
• Significant manufacturing or production finance experience.
• Strong costing, financial analysis and reporting experience.
• Confident in influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive, analytical and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial oversight and performance management for CAPS manufacturing facility and operations.
• Develop and maintain product costing methodologies, analysing costs, margins and performance.
• Partner with operational leaders and executives to provide financial insight and support decision-making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Prepare and present management reports and recommendations.
• Lead month-end close, ensure robust controls and compliance.
• Support and develop junior team members through coaching and line management.
