Job summary

Dovecote Park Ltd in Pontefract seeks a Finance Business Partner to drive financial planning, cost control and decision support for manufacturing operations. You will partner with operations, supply chain and commercial teams to improve reporting, analyse variances and create value through automation.

The role requires ACCA or CIMA with 3+ years in manufacturing finance and a proven ability to communicate with non-finance colleagues. Onsite work with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• ACCA or CIMA qualification or active progress with substantial experience in manufacturing finance.
• 3+ years in a manufacturing finance role or similar.
• Strong ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with reporting, budgeting and cost control.
• Proven track record of driving efficiencies and automation in finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Build & maintain relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
• Support Management finance function when required.
• Assist BoM understanding and advise on variances.
• Drive data automation to reduce time and improve efficiency.
• Identify uses of AI to improve reporting and understanding of performance.
• Lead reporting and variance analysis to standard costs for meat, packaging and labour.
• Support retail management to understand variances and improvements.
• Communicate financial reports to finance and non-finance colleagues.
• Track savings and apply to standard costs; manage promotional funds.
