Job summary

B. Braun is seeking a Finance Business Partner to drive performance across our CAPS manufacturing facility and broader operations. You will provide financial insight to leaders, challenge assumptions and support strategic decisions.

As a commercially minded finance professional with manufacturing exposure, you will lead budgeting, forecasting and reporting, build costing methodologies and coach junior staff in a dynamic, hybrid workplace in Sheffield.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA or equivalent.
• Experience as Finance Partner or Management Accountant.
• Extensive experience in manufacturing or production finance.
• Strong costing, analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Proven stakeholder engagement at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial oversight and performance management for CAPS facility and wider operations and service areas.
• Develop and maintain product costing methodologies, analyze costs, margins and performance to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Partner with operational leaders and executives to provide financial insight and challenge.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Prepare and present management reports and recommendations to support decisions.
• Lead month-end close activities with robust controls and compliance.
• Coach and develop junior team members.
