Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager in North Kent to lead financial reporting, partner with the business, and support budgeting and forecasting. The role requires strong technical accounting skills, business partnering across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales and Engineering, and a proactive approach to improve processes and controls.

The role is site-based, offering exposure to both local business and Group-level reporting, with a pathway to broader financial leadership.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified finance professional with experience in manufacturing/engineering environments.
• Strong financial reporting and FP&A background.
• Proven ability to influence operational decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly management accounts with accurate commentary.
• Assist year-end statutory accounts and UK GAAP compliance.
• Support financial controls and collaborate with accounting teams.
• Prepare company tax pack reporting for the Group.
