Central Employment is recruiting a Finance Manager for a County Durham based manufacturing business. You will report to the Managing Director and lead financial reporting, control and compliance with end-to-end responsibility for accounting functions.

The role covers budgeting, forecasting, cash management, payroll and capital expenditure, with a focus on systems improvement and strategic business partnering across departments.

Qualifikationen

• Manufacturing experience required.
• Strong commercial judgement and resilience.
• Hands-on leadership of finance team and stakeholders.
• ERP systems capability and robust Excel reporting.

Aufgaben

• Month-end and year-end reporting, balance-sheet control and reconciliations.
• Oversee statutory accounts, audit coordination and compliance.
• Manage cash flow, treasury, working capital and FX decisions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and business planning processes.
• Payroll oversight and employee finance responsibilities.
• Accounts payable/receivable and working capital management.
• Capex appraisal, fixed assets and depreciation accounting.
• Drive systems, data integrity and process improvements.
