Job summary

Lusona Consultancy are delighted to be working on behalf of a Scottish manufacturer in South Lanarkshire to recruit a Finance Manager. You will join a hands-on environment, providing technical and commercial guidance to the leadership team and overseeing the finance function across multi-site operations.

The role involves bank reporting, treasury, and process improvements using ERP systems and advanced Excel. This is a permanent, full-time post with relocation/travel across sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Qualified or Qualified through experience accountant; manufacturing background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts across the group.
• Produce management information and reports for senior management.
• Product costing & profitability analysis; pricing and margin analysis.
• Support payroll and other finance functions when required.
• Manage year-end audit process and liaise with external providers.
