Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years in Manufacturing Finance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing finance, cost accounting, inventory controls, FP&A, and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; ability to influence across functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide manufacturing finance support including planning, forecasting, pacing, and close processes.
• Deliver financial visibility and drive performance improvement across manufacturing and supply chain.
• Partner with operations leaders to support informed business decisions and performance management.
• Support P&L and balance sheet activities including cost accounting, inventory, and COGS recognition.
