Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting a growing manufacturing business in recruiting a Finance Manager to own financial reporting, forecasting and operational performance. You will lead month-end reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling, partnering with operations to improve profitability and drive performance.

The role oversees inventory, costing and working capital management, delivering KPI reporting and commercial insights.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Background in manufacturing or similar operational environment.
• Strong experience in management reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Knowledge of product costing, inventory and operational finance.
• Advanced Excel and ERP systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end reporting and management accounts.
• Own budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
• Partner with operations to improve profitability and drive performance.
