The role develops talent through graduate and apprentice schemes, coaches leaders on standards, and sustains a safe, quality-driven manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Degree in Process, Production Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality and manufacturing standards.
• Proven experience improving processes and delivering results.
• Proven people management skills with coaching and capability experience.

Responsabilités

• Champion Manufacturing Excellence aligned with site priorities and drive CORE events delivering measurable savings.
• Lead development plans and strengthen the site talent pipeline, including graduate and apprentice schemes.
• Coach leaders on Manufacturing Excellence standards and tools; support the Manufacturing Academy.
• Drive site development, OGSM alignment and standard ways of working; address gaps with site leaders.
• Promote autonomous maintenance mindset and continuous improvement across the site.

**Manufacturing Excellence Manager** We are looking for a Manufacturing Excellence Manager to join Essity's largest manufacturing site in the UK. In this role, you will spearhead and implement change in alignment with business requirements, ensuring that customer and supply objectives are met and enhanced through internal development. Essity may be a company you are not familiar with, but you will know our market-leading consumer brands, including TENA, Bodyform, Cushelle, Velvet, Plenty and Tork, as well as Leukoplast, Actimove, and JOBST within our medical portfolio. Our company mission is to break barriers and improve the well-being of people across the world through our health and hygiene products and solutions. **About the Role** You will drive the implementation of Manufacturing Excellence standards through TPM methodology , including AM/PM, DOM, problem solving and technical capability. Lead continuous improvement action plans across site and develop self-sufficient teams with an Autonomous Maintenance mindset.
