Job summary

Sealed Air in Bedford, United Kingdom, is seeking a Group Performance Leader to direct daily manufacturing operations, safely delivering customer requirements while achieving targets in safety, quality, service, cost, productivity and employee development.

You will lead 11 to 15 production lines per shift in a high‑mix environment, drive continuous improvement through Lean/6S, and collaborate with Maintenance, Quality and Production Control to optimize throughput and labor utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical/finance required or strongly preferred.
• 5–10 years manufacturing experience.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
• Execute the production schedule while balancing labor, equipment, and material constraints.
• Monitor and improve KPIs including Safety, Quality, Yield, Run Rate, Throughput, OEE and Customer Service.
• Lead Tier meetings, shift handoffs, and daily operational reviews.
• Drive accountability for operational standards, work instructions, and process compliance.
• Staff and supervise approximately 11 to 15 production lines per shift in a high‑mix environment with frequent changeovers.
