Qualifications

5+ years in manufacturing environments and ERPs.
Experience with shop orders, shop floors, and material flow in manufacturing.
3+ years in client-facing roles.
2+ years in ERP implementation or upgrades.
Fluent in English and strong communication skills.
Legally entitled to work in the country you are applying for.

Responsibilities

Gather and define project requirements with stakeholders.
Analyze business processes, systems, and user needs to identify solutions.
Create and maintain functional and non-functional requirement documents, user stories, and use cases.
Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Perform gap analysis between business requirements and current systems.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure correct implementation and timely issue resolution.
Participate in design and architecture discussions aligning with business goals.
Foster effective communication between technical and non-technical teams.
Perform quality assurance testing to validate software meets requirements.
Assist in project planning, estimation, and risk management.
Provide ongoing support during the software development lifecycle.
Analyze user feedback and system performance data for improvements.
Stay updated on industry trends to ensure solutions remain current.
Act as SME for business processes, systems, and software functionality.
Conduct training sessions and create user documentation for adoption.
