Job summary

HOIST is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with strong manufacturing expertise to join our client-focused team. You will work across shop orders, shop floors, material flows, and cost considerations to optimize manufacturing processes and ERP integration.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, document requirements, and translate complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences, while contributing to design discussions and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing environments and ERP systems.
3+ years on client-facing roles.
2+ years of ERP implementation or upgrade project experience.
Experience with IFS is a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define project requirements.
Analyze business processes and systems to identify improvements and solutions.
Create and maintain functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and use cases.
Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Support development teams to ensure accurate implementation and timely issue resolution.
Participate in design discussions to align with business goals.
Foster effective communication between technical and non-technical teams.
Assist in project planning, estimation, and risk management.
