Job summary

Parker Aerospace is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team responsible for defining, improving and delivering production processes across the site. You will drive lean initiatives, ensure safe, compliant manufacturing, and partner with R&D for manufacturability and industrialization of new products.

Ideal candidates bring extensive experience in aerospace manufacturing, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering complex process improvements and cost

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering.
• 10–15 years in manufacturing/industrial engineering with 5+ years leading teams.
• AS9100-level rigor and audit readiness.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a technical team to create, maintain and optimize production processes.
• Oversee facility layout, equipment installation and lean initiatives.
• Manage budgets, timelines and staff; ensure safety compliance.
• Communicate effectively with safety, quality, production, finance, supply chain and R&D teams.
• Drive continuous improvement, process optimization and cost efficiency.
