Artifex Interior Systems Limited seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to organise, manage and develop the Manufacturing Engineering team to support operations and ensure new product launches are delivered with equipment and process readiness.

You will oversee NPI delivery, provide engineering support across launch and change management, drive continuous improvement, and lead a multi-skilled team to meet quality, cost and delivery targets while promoting health & safety across the site.

Formación

• HNC/HND level education within an Engineering focused discipline
• Experience managing a multi-skilled Manufacturing Engineering team
• Knowledge of CI tools with demonstrable results
• Health & Safety awareness and strong communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Organise, manage and develop the Manufacturing Engineering team to support operations and NPI readiness.
• Oversee manufacturing engineering activities across process flow, layout, equipment specification and implementation.
• Support trials, equipment acceptance and validation for new products.
• Lead problem-solving and root-cause analysis to ensure quality and delivery targets.
• Define, track and report KPI performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
