Job summary

G's Group is hiring an Engineering Apprentice at the Barway site, home to Babyleaf and Celery operations supplying major UK retailers. This role is ideal for someone curious, practical, and eager to learn how real engineering works in a live production environment.

You will diagnose and fix breakdowns, support planned maintenance, and learn how machines and systems work across the site, while contributing to improvement projects to make equipment safer and more efficient.

We’re recruiting Engineering Apprentice to join our friendly and experienced Engineering team at our Barway site, home to our Babyleaf and Celery operation supplying major UK retailers.

This is a fantastic opportunity for those who are curious, practical, and excited to learn how real engineering works in a live production environment.

• Learning how different machines and systems work across the site
• Getting involved in improvement projects to make equipment safer, faster, and more efficient
