• No prior experience required; enthusiasm for engineering and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix breakdowns on machinery and equipment
• Support planned maintenance to keep production lines running
• Learn how different machines and systems work across the site
• Participate in improvement projects to make equipment safer, faster, and more efficient
