Job Summary
Join us in making a difference to the future of aviation! You’ll help us deliver operational excellence across our Civil, Defence, and Engines business lines at our East Cowes manufacturing plants. Established in 1901, our East Cowes site employs around 800 people. Located on the Isle of Wight, we design, manufacture, test, and repair high-performance structures and systems for the aerospace market, working with clients like Airbus, Boeing, Rolls Royce, and others.
We are seeking experienced Manufacturing Engineers, specializing in Product and Planning, to join our team due to growth. Based at East Cowes and reporting to the Manufacturing Engineer Manager, you will provide engineering expertise to operational and development programs, ensuring zero defect projects. You will be responsible for delivering robust manufacturing processes related to materials, tooling, and assembly.
The role requires flexibility for limited travel and involves joining a team of 6-10 Manufacturing Engineers. We offer relocation support within the UK to the Isle of Wight for successful applicants.

This role requires UK National Security Vetting (UKNSV) Security clearance (SC). Applicants should have been resident in the UK for at least 5 years.
