Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for an on-site, 12-month contract in Peterborough, with commutable options from Stamford, Huntingdon, Cambridge and surrounding areas.

You will lead manufacturing engineering projects, support NPI activities, and drive process improvements across assembly operations, delivering value from concept through to implementation.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing Engineering experience in a production/high-volume environment.
• Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement and project delivery experience.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis capability.

Responsabilités

• Deliver manufacturing engineering projects from concept through implementation.
• Support NPI activities and manufacturing readiness across assembly.
• Create and maintain PFMEAs, Control Plans and Standard Work documentation.
• Drive lean / continuous improvement, validation builds and process capability studies.
• On-site role, 12-month contract.
