Job summary

Outsource UK Limited in Peterborough is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead process improvements across Assembly and Final Assembly, delivering productivity gains, cost reductions and robust product introduction. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop PFMEA, control plans and standard work, ensuring safe, compliant operation and timely project delivery on a 12-month site-based contract.

About the Role

Provide technical expertise and guidance on manufacturing projects across Assembly and Final Assembly, supporting productivity, efficiency, cost improvements and successful product introduction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver process design, PFMEA, control plans, standard work and documentation. Support manufacturing improvement, development and New Product Introduction projects from initiation through to implementation, managing scope, resources, timing and delivery. Develop and implement process improvements, ensuring safe installation, robust operation and compliance with quality, safety and customer requirements.
