Qualifications

• What you'll bring: a degree in engineering (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years in manufacturing, project engineering, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, tooling, and production methods.
• Experience with welding processes or welding-related projects.
• Familiarity with APQP/PPAP and modern manufacturing equipment.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD/CAM (Autodesk Inventor or similar).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• A proactive mindset, resilience, and a collaborative approach.
• A strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
