As our Milton Keynes Factory continues to grow, we are looking for Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineers to join our team.

Every day is different at The Bread Factory, but here are some of the responsibilities:

• Ensure that the equipment and plant are maintained.
• React to breakdowns quickly and efficiently.
• PLC fault finding at input and output levels.
• Address issues highlighted by our in-house HACCP audits.
• Respond to out-of-hours calls for breakdowns.

Our team believes you will be a great addition if you…

• Are a logical thinker with a proactive approach to resolving issues and faults.
• Are electrically and mechanically skilled, with an engineering-based NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification (C&G 2330 or similar).
• Are qualified to (or willing to qualify to) Electrical Installations BS7671:2008 (2382-15) 18th Edition and upgrade as new editions are released.
• Preferably hold an HNC (Level 4) or equivalent in electrical/mechanical engineering; previous control/instrumentation experience is highly desirable.
• Understand OEE and equipment performance metrics.
• Have experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
• Have experience with bakery machinery.
• Possess HACCP awareness.
• Have troubleshooting skills on electrical equipment.

Shift Times

2 days Day shift and 2 days Night shift on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
