Qualifications

• Minimum HND in Engineering.
• Understanding of Fibre-Optic assembly processes.
• IPC A-620 – Cable and wire harness assembly workmanship requirements.
• IPC A-640 – Acceptance Requirements for Fibre Optical assembly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sustaining maximum quality and on time delivery by ensuring manufacturing processes are appropriate, available and documented accordingly.
• Develop prototypes and compile relevant documentation.
• Play an integral role in completing corrective action reports for customer rejects.
• Play an integral role in the investigation for root cause of customer returns.
• Play an integral role in the investigation of the corrective actions.
• Play an integral role in the development and investigation of FMEA for process control and evaluation where appropriate.
